Privacy Policy

Hive (App Store name: HiveLoop) is made by Enamic. This policy explains what information the app and website collect and why. We keep it short because Hive does not require an account.
What we collect
- Purchases. Subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We use RevenueCat to check whether Hive Pro is active. We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Analytics. In production builds we use Mixpanel for anonymous product events (for example which pack you open, or whether the paywall was shown). Debug builds do not send analytics.
- Crash reports. We use Sentry to receive crash and error reports so we can fix bugs. These may include device type, OS version, and stack traces.
- Downloads. Remote sound packs are fetched from our servers. Download requests include normal network metadata (such as IP address) handled by our hosting providers.
What we do not collect
- No Hive account, email signup, or profile inside the app.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Your jam mixes and recordings stay on your device unless you choose to share them through the system share sheet.
Children
Hive is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices
You can stop analytics and purchase-related processing by uninstalling the app or by managing Screen Time / App Tracking preferences on your device as applicable. Cancel Hive Pro anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
