Hive is the honeycomb loop mixer — tap a hex, join the loop, and every sound lands on the beat. If something isn't working or you have a question, we're happy to help.

We usually reply within a couple of working days. When you write in, it helps to include your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when the problem happened.

How do hive codes work?

Every jam can be shared as a hive code. Open a shared code in Hive and the same loops load, ready to play — a fast way to swap jams with a friend.

What does Hive Pro include?

Hive Pro unlocks every sound pack, all future packs, unlimited downloads, and mix recording. It's a subscription billed through your Apple ID.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Restore a previous purchase from the paywall screen in the app.

A pack won't download.

Downloads need an internet connection. Check that you're online, then try again from the pack's hex. If it keeps failing, email us with the pack name and we'll look into it.
