These terms cover the Hive mobile app (HiveLoop on the App Store) and the hivelooper.app website, provided by Enamic. By using Hive you agree to them.

The product

Hive is a loop mixer. Free hives (including Tape Haze and Break Slice) stay free. Hive Pro unlocks every remote hive, future packs, unlimited downloads, and mix recording.

Subscriptions

• Hive Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year (or the local equivalent shown in the App Store).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm purchase. The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription by itself.

License to loops

Pack loops are licensed for personal jamming, sharing hive codes, and sharing mixes you record in Hive. You may not redistribute the raw loop files, resell packs, or claim ownership of the underlying samples.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass Hive Pro gating, or use Hive in a way that breaks applicable law.

Hive is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Enamic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
